I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the fourth time and was assigned room 507 on the 5th floor. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant blend of reconstructed communist-era aesthetics and modern international standards. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received at the reception - the staff were not only kind but also incredibly helpful, providing me with valuable local insights and assistance whenever I needed it. The room itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, spaciousness, and thoughtful amenities such as a complimentary bottle of water, toiletries, and even shoe-cleaning accessories. Despite the slightly dated furniture, the comfort and quietness of the room, along with its stunning city views from the 13th floor, made my stay truly enjoyable. The central location of the hotel proved to be ideal for exploring the city on foot, with popular restaurants and cafes just a stone's throw away.With English-speaking reception staff and the friendly concierge, including the helpful Andrei who went above and beyond to enhance my sightseeing experience, I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The convenience of luggage storage post-check-out and the option for arranged transfers added to the overall positive impression I had of the hotel. In conclusion, for anyone seeking excellent value for their money in the heart of Kharkov, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for a memorable and comfortable stay.
